The Mentorship Circle is an online program where you can share your journey as an herbalist—in an intimate circle of like-hearted community.
Whether you are an at-home herbalist, practitioner, medicine-maker, or healer— following one's true North Star leads to building a sacred relationship with the Earth. What is your Sacred Offering in this lifetime? When we live rooted from a place of purpose we are more magnetic, alive, and in our radiance. And from this place, we can make a healing impact on the planet.
We do this in circle, supporting each other to find our own North Star.
What You Need to Know About This Mentorship Experience
Mentorship is a profound experience. In this online Mentorship Circle, we will show up for each other as a circle, and learn together. Your presence is not only a rich gift that you share with fellow herbalists, it is necessary for the journey we take together.
This experience is for individuals who are earnest in their intent to grow, learn, and show up with curiosity. A sincere desire to learn from the Circle is required. This program is entirely online.
We explicitly ask that you consider carefully before committing to this experience, whether you have the time, and whether your soul can say a clear yes to the following requirements:
- Do your best to attend all live online sessions
- Be available for collaboration and group participation
- Have a sincere interest in learning and applying the knowledge you gain from this experience
- Be available for up to 1-hour a week of home practice. This may include setting up zoom sessions with classmates to work on integration practices
Whether you take this program to feed a business or practice or; you are joining to nurture and grow yourself—you are welcome here.
Final Project
This program will include an opportunity to work on a personal or group final project. Participants will be invited to dream big and create an offering that facilitates learning, growth, and perhaps serves their community or loved ones in some way. This final project is an opportunity to take a risk and try out your idea with a supportive Circle. We will actively develop, support, and encourage each other in developing meaningful projects that promote personal growth and community service.
The intent of the final project is to feed your life beyond the Mentorship Circle. You may already know what your project will be, or you may be seeking direction for your work. Either way, your project will be nurtured and supported in this Circle of skill, care, and mentorship.
Course Structure
The Mentorship Circle is an online program, and will run from November 2021 till July 2022, and will include three live sessions each month.
Start Date: Saturday, November 6, 2021
Participant engagement is essential to the format and structure of the class—meaning, we want you to show up to each session in person. We will be creating this circle together.
Some of the ways we will work together include:
- Case Studies
- Discussions (in live sessions and on the facebook group)
- Trance & Ritual
- Journaling
- Partner Work / Triad Work
- Conceptualizing a Business Plan (or a personal rhythm plan for folks who are not on the business journey)
Because there are two online live sessions per month, there will be ample time for questions and answers.
Live online sessions will take place twice a month:
All times are Pacific Time (PT):
- First Saturday of each month: 3 hours from 10:00AM-1:00PM
- Third Monday of each month: 2 hours from 6:00-8:00PM
All online sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
In the second and fourth week of each month, there will be rich and engaging group forum exercises and integration activities.

Seraphina Capranos
I am grateful to steward an acre and a half of medicinal herbs, food and forest on unceded Coast Salish terriority belonging to the Hul'qumi'num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples, known as Salt Spring Island.
This is the program I've been dreaming of for many years. Thanks to great teachers and mentors throughout my life, I was guided as I set out on a path of discovering my purpose and found a way to work towards fulfilling this dream by combining my passions of clinical work, earth-based traditions of healing and gathering in community ritual. I never set out to do any of these for a living in the way that they've borne fruit. I've often said these paths called me to them. The ways in which these paths intertwine and now have a Spirit of their own has made me curious about the topics of destiny and purpose.
With a practice spanning nearly two decades in clinic, I'm committed to sharing the winding path I've traversed, full of ups and downs, to build a life of financial security while sharing my purpose, which I call my North Star. This Mentorship program in a way guide others in finding their own North Star and have it materilize in a way that is abundant, generous, and life-giving.
I am so pleased to have my long-time student and now dear friend, and colleague, Moss assist as co-teacher in this program.
